The local road is part of T6D1 and one of two sections under construction in the
Municipality of Kumanovo under this contract.
The work is being executed by the construction company Bitem JV with Vardar Gradba.

Project Overview
The project involves the construction of a local road passing through two settlements:
settlement Kosmatac and settelement Murgash.

Construction works include the following tasks:

• Securing and marking the route
• Excavation of topsoil
• Wide excavation
• Embankment construction
• Construction of an improved base layer
• Placement of base material
• Installation of concrete curbs (MB40 18/24) in certain sections
• Installation of culverts
• Asphalt paving with BNHS 16, d = 7cm

Prior to construction, the section was an unpaved rural road passing through agricultural
land, making it difficult to traverse during rainy and winter conditions.

The value of the signed contract is 676,531 EUR.

Currently, 80% of the section’s construction has been completed.
