The subject street is part of T3D1.1 and is the only one for implementation in the Municipality of Pehcevo under this agreement.
The work is being carried out by the construction company “OSD Kiril”
Project Overview
The project includes the reconstruction of the street.
The construction works include the following tasks:
- Securing and marking the route
- Demolition of the standard asphalt from the road d=12cm with loading and transportation to a location or landfill indicated by the Investor-Municipality
- Structure (planning) of the existing road
- Mechanical excavation of soil in a wide excavation III and IV category with loading and transportation to a location or landfill indicated by the Investor-Municipality
- Completely new street drainage
- Procurement, transportation and placement of a buffer layer of crushed material for the road dmin=30 cm to the required compaction
- Installation of concrete curbs (MB40 18/24) at certain locations
- Procurement, transportation and placement of bitumen emulsion of 0.3-0.5 kg/m2 on a previously cleaned and decontaminated surface
- Asphalt paving with BNHS 22sA, d = 7cm
- Procurement, transportation and construction of AB 11C d=5cm
The current condition is in very poor condition with longitudinal and transverse
cracks and damage. Industrial Street is composed of an existing roadway with a variable width from 5.5m. to 6.0m. At the beginning of the street on both sides there is a sidewalk with a variable width, then it continues on the right side in front of the houses with a variable width. There were additional and unforeseen works on this street, such as emulsion, raising the retaining walls of houses (for quality and safe construction of the sidewalk) as well as other changes that will be part of the As-Built Project.
There are also additional financial implications following the newly submitted Traffic Project.
The value of the signed contract is 17,651,960 denars.
Currently, 98% of the street is completed.
